Biography
Jason Eastman provides independent director services to digital asset and alternative investment funds, with over 18 years’ experience in governance, cyber risk and institutional oversight. He is a CIMA registered director and member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association. He has also completed studies in private markets and alternative investments with the CFA Institute and holds the CISSP and CISA credentials. Jason is resident in the Cayman Islands.
